Mertek specializes in rotary indexing assembly and test systems. We have integrated laser marking and laser welding systems on dials.

 

Rotary Indexing Systems allow for simultaneous multiple station assembly while minimizing space and indexing time while maximizing efficiency and production rate. We work closely with our customers to take full advantage of these qualities in their manufacturing processes.
